There are a ton of brown speed paints but there are some nice ones that could really make your miniature furniture pop. Those are Ruddy Fur, Burnished Red and Dusk Red from the Army Painter.
I would suggest using the slap chop or grisaille method of underpainting before applying these speed paints as the wood grains will really pop!
