Build explosiveness and speed for any sport with this training drill from SKLZ. Using the SKLZ Speed Chute for added resistance and the SKLZ Reactive Agility Cones, create a slalom course to improve your responsiveness and footwork.
How To Set up and Run this Training Drill:
1. Set SKLZ Reactive Agility Cones 5 yards apart in a straight line.
2. Accelerate and zigzag around each cone.
3. After you start, Coach will call out a color that correlates with one of the Reactive Agility Cones.
4. When you reach that color, throw the SKLZ Speed Chute behind you and sprint hard.
5. Repeat
