This was very informative. My initial feeling about the parachute was “not enough resistance.” But the instructor in this video indicated, reasonably, that too much resistance or too many parachutes would be counterproductive and break your top speed running form. That makes sense to me. Sometimes less is more!

I would add in some ladder training for foot speed. Look for my workout called 1-2-3 Reaction Pro.

Should you run it everyday?
@KbandsTraining7 жыл бұрын
Hello Glenn, You are going to want to complete this 3-5 times per week so you can allow your body to rest and recover.

kbandstraining does it matter if you run it in a gym or field ?
@pacobonkowski9097 жыл бұрын
Glenn Maiden Jr No I don't think so, but will recommend soft ground/grass, etc. bcz a hard ground will hurt your knees. A bit

why do you go lower reps in week 2
@KbandsTraining10 жыл бұрын
Raza Rabbani with the workout breakdown sheets you receive with your chutes you will see its a progressive build up. Heavy short burst sprint reps through two weeks and then it transitions to long sprint distances.
