Thanks for the short class! Ruptured disk in lower back; in physical therapy & starting traction this past week after aquatics therapy. I haven't seen this stretch! At this juncture the more I learn the better!! 😅 Have a great day! I need a body muscle map too!! (Love maps!) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

THANKS. and for my upper back, I feel like my shoulders are moving inwards. What are the exercises and stretches to avoid pulling the shoulders forward and keep a straight posture.

💜I actually tried this move this morning! I felt the stretch in my hip. I even noticed a little less pressure on my lower back. Thanks for the tip! Hopefully this will get rid of my lower back pain for good!👍💜

Then the pain returns in 30 minutes because your psoas mucles are tightening up from being extremely weak. Strengthening is the answer not stretching.
