The same stretch or better is when you push over the wall. Use the same stance but put both hands on the wall.

I have such a bad hip that it has rotated my spine and tilted my pelvis so much it hurts to walk and standing feels like the opposite leg is way shorter. I will try this when I get home. Thanks Tyler 😊

Mine were screaming at me, so I did this right away. I only held it 20 seconds each side, but I'll keep at it to get to 60. When I did both sides, the "lit sparkler" burning was gone 😊

I'm a former D1 hooper and this stretch literally allowed me to run full sprint without any upper leg pain. Going on 38 and I'm a 3D animator so I'm on the computer a lot and literally after doing these both sides quit hurting immediately. Your channel is unreal bro. Is there anything for when you sit down and say one of the knees tenses up and crackles kind of? Like unable to bend towards the glute unless is squeeze and rotate then it goes away. Any kind of good stretches for that if I made any sense of it Lol

Darlene Wilson Then you can try a modified version of the movement until you find something that works for you! Keep in mind that you do not need to bend as far down as Tyler in order to feel the affects of this stretch. Only go as far as comfortable and always stop if you feel pain. If you are consistently practicing this movement, over time you'll be able to go further and further. Hope this helps!

Now lunge from that position, with back foot closer to the front foot, and press your back knee straight down. Press up from heel of your front foot. It works both legs at same time.
