Sir...when I do the second stretch ( that one, which u did from one shoulder to another) I hear cracking sound...is it okay or should I worry about it??..

LIFE'S FUNNY MOMENTS hello and thanks for your comment. This is most likely joking cavitation that occurs when joints are stretched sometimes and in itself is not a cause for concern but may be a sigh that you are quite stiff and may benefit from treatment. See if it reduces with regular stretching and if not perhaps seek treatment
