You can take any. I use country delight A2 cow milk but you can use any good brand cow/ soy milk.

Mam mene aapka pura schedule nahi follow kia but kuch chije follow kari. Kafi help full rhi he. Me schedule share krta hu. Early morning 7 baje uthkar ajvain ka pani 2 glass. Fir fresh hokar sprouts boil kie hue. Uske sath balton oriflame ma Green tea☕. Fir 12 baje dahi ek katori. Around 5 pm Oriflame ka nutrishake milk ke sath ek glass. Aur Omega-3 tablet. Fir evening me 7 pm fruit juice ya fir Daliya. Around 9 pm I am taking Green tea for better digestion. Eerly morning me weight check kr leta hu. 102 se start kia tha 11 feb ko. Today my weight is 94 . My target is 65 kg after 100 days... 😊😊😊Thanks for tips.
