Recently I learned that bronze cut pasta often has more protein which helps the pasta retain a more al dente texture...this dish you made looks delicious.

Thank you for the recipe, I just cooked it and even though I made plenty of mistakes I still found it delicious. I accidentally made the mistake of: 1) ! didn't cook the tomatoes in the oven long enough to brown 2) cooked the pasta more than firm / al dente but in the end, it was delicious. Deep flavour from the tomato juices and carmelized sugar and a rich sauce from the pasta water. I will make this again!

Thank you. I just tried your recipe this afternoon and the kids loved it. I did add extra butter, and top it off with grated parmesan cheese & basil. It's perfecto!

Great technique, I approve as an Italian ! Only one mistake: oregano is never used in pasta sauces, only for pizza. For tomato sauces, we only use basil right at the end to finish the sauce.

Great technique chef! I do it similarly but char the tomatoes in the pan, great for saving time. I will definitely use your technique next time. Only thing I would add some fresh basil at the end and lots of parmesan to garnish😂
