I train my biceps twice in a week. On my 1st day i put more emphasis on positive movement. On my 2nd biceps day my emphasis will be on negative movement...

We usually do 5-6 variations for every muscle.. ideally what is the use of rest 3-4 variations in biceps workout... U make great videos!!

Bro in workout we don't need to train biceps and triceps triceps chest ke workout mi cover ho Jata hai aur biceps back ke workout mi I don't train Biceps and triceps but still it's developed very well

The information about the Preacher machine is something that many trainers don't understand. Thanks for making these videos. Also I'd like to add, for gyms that don't have that specific machine, you could move the manual Preacher setup to a cable setup and attach a bar to the cable and do Preacher curls. The opposite force will be acting almost in the same way as in the machine.

Seriously dude, he hadnt tell you about the origin, insertion and end of the biceps muscle and other stuff about it. He also didnt told you about the movement name where he is saying about maximum load and you said he spend hours in reading and understanding human anatomy, just look at his presentation and you'll know that. Dont fool easily, always trust on science.

Respected sir , The biceps peak is decided by the relative lengths of the muscle belly and the tendon. We cant alter this gifted length by any exercise.

Gaurav sir I have a question For developing a peak of biceps brachialis we need to hit the long head from outside at the same time short head from inside of biceps. Can we get Tat in details? Biceps peak is genetic and no exercise can grow it in a desired way. There is no exercise for Biceps peak. When u perform any biceps exercise, you train brachii, brachialis or brachioradialis muscle. And peak is a bi-product of the exercises you do for these muscles. You gave the example of Kai greene and the other bodybuilder( with low peak). If its possible to grow the biceps peak, then why don't other bodybuilders grow their peak. C'mon you can't grow your bicepa peak. Aur bhai, Vlog kar kar ke tumhara dimaag kharaab ho gaya hai.

Exercise with resistance band will also give the same result , as max stretch of band is in contracted position of biceps. 👍
