Thanks so much for teaching the right techniques. I'll try to implement the right ones on my workout program. Personally I didn't like the preacher curl because of my wrong position of hands and free wrist movement. From now I'll correct myself.

💪🏽Its a simple circular joint action which is 'Elbow flexion'.. thats it! So guys please stop doing 101 variations of 'This curls' & 'That curls'.. Instead divert your energy in an intense Back workout with variations of Compound movements like Bent over rows, chin ups, lat pulls, low cable rows for strong super popping biceps!

maintain posture.. but about 10° flexion of shoulder joint should also occur.. because bicep assist in this motion also
