Today, I’m gonna give you a workout that is one of the best total body workouts you can do after 50. You can actually do this workout a few times per week if you’d like, and all you need are some dumbbells.
I recommend 3 sets of each exercise for about 10-12 reps. Rest 45-60 seconds between each set.
If you are doing this workout a few times a week, make sure to take a rest day or two in between workouts.

Exercise #1: ALTERNATING REVERSE LUNGES.
Exercise #2: CHEST SUPPORTED BACK ROW.
Exercise #3: DUMBBELL INCLINE PRESS.
Exercise #4: DUMBBELL ROMANIAN DEADLIFT (RDL).
Exercise #5: LATERAL RAISES.
Exercise #6: BICEP CURLS.
