I met Amin the father twice mid 1990s where I was working in Jeddah. 1st time by chance, 2nd time I wanted to listen to what he had to say. He was very outspoken person. Great story, great example on limits of liability, friendship, forgiveness, love and more. If I can be put in touch with jaafar, would appreciate it.

When Jesus said"forgive your brother 70x70", He knew the hardness in forgiveness when humankind can cause much pain hurt and loss for others. The sacrificial rituals became a part of the statutes for cleansing. Jesus came as the sacrificial lamb but the rituals are practiced as a cleansing of the land.❤ Thanks be to God.

In the late 1970s when I was growing up on a Caribbean island, my brother was going through his ‘back to Africa’ phase, as was the rest of the island. This made my mother so mad because she wanted no part of what she called nonsense. So he couldn’t wear the dashiki, or loc his hair or any of that. But he could read, and boy, did he read. And he would give me books. He gave me the book ‘State of Blood’ about the atrocities of Idi Amin. And after I read it, at 8 years old, I learned how cruel people could be. It’s bad enough when others are cruel, but when one is cruel towards their own, it’s even worse.

Uganda, mu Uganda every body have pain and carries it in its way. These two men you can see the pain though one has anger but after listening to his friend he caught up with the past because that what we are all going though. My dad had an accident before 1966 but my uncle down in villages was made to empty his house properties loading army's lorry and afterwards told to sit in his chair 'MWAMI AKOYE' and they finished him with shootings. People, people lets come together as before to leave our children and grandchildren in 'PEACE' of the past
