"Sonny and Crew..": I kept this too long to myself.. But the Music in most of your Video's is kinda loud. The Balance in Volume between the added music and "the Voice Over level" is often wáy Off.. Especially when at night watching, at the right level for hearing the Voice Over (Which tmo is too compressed) The Music is só Loud! in between (and sometimes in the background) behind the spoken words. I was born n brought up in the city and it saddens me to see how much the street food scene has changed over the years. There is nothing authentic about any of these food which reflects the bengali cuisine. Adding mayo n cheese in every dish n dousing them in oil doesn't make it palatable only artery choking. No wonder high cholesterol is rampant in every household. Post covid, food delivery services has increased manifold and these cheap roadside stalls have grown in business. The video doesn't include one decent place, rather any random roadside eatery which grows like mushroom all over the city.

I don't like mayo & cheese in evening. In vegetable/chicken sandwich amount of cheese is more than vegetable/chicken. Specially it happens in so called branded shop.

Delhi me mix milta hai India ke best chote bhature kulche nan chicken tikka paneer butter masala even pani puri chowmein all chinese food , only fish item is more for bengali cuisine ?? Or wo odhishe me beach side vi hai ... mithai is the only thing which is better best in kolkata , if u say cheap food please wha income jyada hai . Toh costing vi jyada hai .. yha income kam hai .. toh price vi waisa hi rakhna padhta .... In bengali it is called singara, not samosa. Many foods you have shown are with cheese. But in maximum places those foods don't have cheese, which is good. Because cheese is not good for health. Subz-kochuri is not a word. In bengali this food is called luchi-tarkari. In hindi it may be sabzi-kochuri. But not subz. I don't know why every people speak in hindi? Not in bengali. This is a english channel, not hindi channel.

Just a thing that needed to be pointed out. Kolkata is actually the land of Bengalis. And Bengali is the primary language. So while you're naming the dishes, it'd have been appropriate to use the Bengali terms instead of Hindi. Which is actually not the colloquial language. Please do keep this in mind.

Great video Sonny. Being from Kolkata just a couple of pointers 1. In Kolkata, calling it panipuri is a sin. Its PUCHKA and thats the only right way. 2. Beef most likely sold here is buffalo meat and not cow meat. The only place where they sell legit beef is in the state of Kerela
