I’m a home bread baker and always looking for new recipes. I want to say, this video is one of the best I’ve watched. The content, the way it was presented, to the point, no extra gibberish and what a lovely voice to listen to. Actually, I was looking for Longhorn’s bread recipe, which is similar, but lighter and might have quinoa or grain cereal in the dough. Thanks and subscribed!

I tried the recipe. The result was perfect!!! I usually bake with a heavy duty parchment paper on the baking tray, that i forgot to coat underneath the dough with the cornmeal in the recipe. The breads were sticking on the parchment paper after baking, but still they came out excellent! I used sliced almonds because i run out of oats! The result of the recipe was really true: fluffy, airy, soft & very flavorful!!!! Kudos to you Janet. Looking forward for more recipes to be uploaded!!! More power!!! God bless you more!👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏♥️😊

Thanks for sharing the recipe Janet. I tried it yesterday by hand and got phenomenal results. I was amazed by how big the rolls got after the second proofing as well as how light and delicious they taste. Delicious even without butter. Blessings!

Thanks for trying it out! Aren’t they great! The time is totally worth it!

@@janetseo3942 Yes, totally! I mixed up the dough when I got up early yesterday morning. By the time I was ready to leave, the first 2 hours of proofing had elapsed, so I shaped the rolls and left them for my mom to bake 2 hours later. Once I got back from running some errands, they were nice and hot ready to enjoy! 🥰

Does it taste just like Cheesecake Factory ones? I would like to make them to eat on their own but also to make sandwiches. Any tips are welcome 🙏🏼

Hellooo!!!! Im doing this recipe on the weekend😀 I just wanted to know if you can freeze the rolls or the dough? And if you can when would it be better to do so? THank you sooooo muchhhhh💙💙💙
@janetseo39423 жыл бұрын
Hi!! So excited and happy for you to try! You can freeze the rolls after they’re baked and cooled for up to a month ( if you can make them last that long 😊)The raw dough I wouldn’t recommend as it’s not like pizza dough and has come out baked tougher. I’ve tried once and the texture wasn’t the same. I hope this helps! 💗 Let me know how it goes! And if you have any more questions feel free to reach out here or DM me @janetseo_collection 🥰

hi! can i substitute molasses and honey for coconut blossom nectar syrup/ agave syrup/ maple syrup? as those are the only ones i got.
@janetseo39423 жыл бұрын
Hi! The molasses gives it that darker colour and rich deep flavour but the syrup and agave syrup can work too! I’ve used dark maple syrup in the past. Enjoy!

do i need to proof it for 2hrs if my surrounding is hot? like philippines weather.
@janetseo3942 Жыл бұрын
If your place is warmer I would say at least 1.5 hours. But also see how the dough is rising at that time. 😊

This is the same recipe taken from the channel "s e a n a s l a m" with the video titled "Cheesecake Factory Brown Bread Recipe". The only thing that was tweaked here was adding the optional cornmeal.

Is this also like the outback steakhouse bread? The cocoa powder is unsweetened?
@janetseo39422 жыл бұрын
Yes similar and it is unsweetened. 😊

Your dough too wet. The amount of water should be a bit less. I make this bread every week.

Sticky disaster, followed directions to the letter. Dough never firmed up, did rise well, shaping was a sticky mess as well.
