I talk about the experience of helping a client out, who was being threatened with false case of molestation by a woman he went out on a date with.
Civil suits for injunctions are very fast and powerful tools of remedy against your fellow citizen, be it your relative, neighbour, spouse, friend, etc.
The Defendant has to come to court and file Written Statement answering all the allegations within 30 days from receiving summons.
In most cases people who think that they shall have no consequences for their actions quickly realise that they will have to come to a court of law and answer for their deeds. When this happens they are quick to apologise and repent.
I also talk about the gender bias in Indian laws, and the rampant misandry practised by feminists.

This is exactly what I did when things went south with my a girl I dated for a while. I went into complete radiosilence (deactivated all my social media profiles) after serving her a notice. The benefit of deactivating your social media is that she can’t tag you on Facebook when she posts shit about you. This comes after she fails to lodge a false case against you. She still posted shit about me, but that did only 25% of the damage. My reputation was badly hurt for a while, but it all died out after 3-4 months. Those 3-4 months were like hell, but I am thankful to my friends and family for their constant support ❤️ And here is an advice for all the men who might face similar situations::: Never ever engage into a debate with your crazy ex on social media. Ignore every provocation that she throws at you. Because, there are entire SIMP ARMIES and FEMINIST BATTALIONS who are going to support her and judge you. They are going to harass you to death. So close those extra frontiers for her. Just keep the legal frontier open and have faith in God. This shit sucks, but then, it’s your fault for dating a girl. *Never date a girl* 😂😂😂😂😂😂

In one case two young men were destroyed because one girl panicked and falsely accused them and she jokingly got one day in jail when proven otherwise. Now there are many cases of such accusations in west where the lies are never caught. It happens in every part of the world as there are bad people everywhere. Now the Indian judiciary is revising the laws in regards to the false accusations especially under "false promises of marriage" and soon they would be discarded. The thought behind it is when two consenting adults are involved physically, one can't just turn around and say it's rape.

That wouldn't be very wise thing to do. I'm not sure what are you referring to by taking law into your own hands but anything like this could backfire heavily, will only make your case worse. Approach a good criminal lawyer, I understand it might be very difficult to go through all the stuff while you or someone you know is under trial but try not to make things worse by doing anything that your lawyer didn't suggest you to do.
