God's not just "with us", He indwells our minds with His pre-personal spirit fragment, leading us in the paths to perfection. He is our ever-present companion sharing the entirety of our life with us. An intimate friend, if we'll let down our guard and commune with Him.

I want to thank you Brandon, my dear brother in Yeshua, you express and make clear to those that feel the need to follow Yeshua in spirit and in truth. As you well know, there are all sorts of stories that have sprung up over the millennia that are based on misunderstanding the Hebraic mindset, we tend to forget that Yeshua was a Pharisee as all his disciples were, we cannot come to an accurate understanding of the Gospel by using a Hellenistic mindset. The synoptic Gospels, although mostly written in koine (common) Greek they still contained the Hebrew mindset and, if we are to gain an accurate understanding of the Gospel, we must also read them through our Hebrew filter. I find your explanations clear and concise and bring home many of these Hebraisms in a way that is easily understandable to those who are just beginning to dig deeper into the scriptures for themselves, just as the Bereans did, and by doing so and with the help of the Ruach ha’Kodesh they will certainly be able to “follow” the Master Yeshua into the truth. There is just one small point that I have picked up on and would like to ask you, in what way do you consider Yeshua to be Almighty God? This is a debate that has been ongoing for centuries and the Brit ha’Dashah (New/Renewed Covenant) is quire clear as to the true identity of Yeshua but, by misunderstanding or mistranslation there are many differing views on this topic but there is only one truth and that is found in scripture. Shalom.

Your video followed one I watched from One for Israel about being “called out” like Abraham and like the unassuming disciples as you described. I am seeing in my life I was recently called out of my church of 9 years that has slowly been going woke from the leadership. The LORD revealed to me I was likely going to lose sweet, long established relationships. That has proven true to my disappointment. The relationship that has strengthened is mine with God.

There's a saying that "text taken out of context is 'pre-text." In the Philippines, the situation of a man is a result of fate - either a curse or a blessing. When you talk to a scavenger, it's usual to hear that the person is surrendered to his fate because his father was poor and his grandfather was poor too. That's why when Jesus said that the paralytic's sins are forgiven, it's understood that He speaks about the fate and curse of poverty or sickness. Thank you for this teaching.

I really like the historical information and original word meanings. Fun fact: my rabbi said the lambs used for sacrifice at the temple were raised around the Nazereth area. Fitting that our sacrifice would come from there too. I find the more I understand the hebrew perspective, the more amazing and deep the Word becomes to me.

Brandon I really love listening to your channel. You’ve talk about being part of a church. I’m trying to find the right fit for me. I was raised Lutheran and attended Lutheran school. But then I went out in the world 1980 and put God and Christ on the back burner. Listening to other people discuss their religions and went down the path of trying to figure out if there might be something there for me with other faiths. I never stopped believing in Christ and claimed Lutheran as a title, but it was always in the back of my life. Over the last few years I returned to putting God and Christ and the Holy Spirit first in my life. I went to a Lutheran service and it just fell short with the message. All the traditions and format of the service left me feeling incomplete and kind of bored. How do I find someone that preaches the gospel like you. Giving meaning to the context and history, making me want to dig deeper into the Bible. I’ve found so many really good resources on line, like your channel. If you you have an idea or reference I would appreciate it. Thanks for all you do. Anne
@BrandonRobbinsMinistry3 жыл бұрын
Hi, Anne. I know that it can be difficult to find the right church community to connect with. One of the things that COVID may have helped with is being able to experience churches before you attend. Most services in my area have begun to regularly post their services (at least their sermons online). You could look up some of the churches in your area and see if they have this on their websites. That would give you a sense of the preaching. The other thing I encourage you to look for is a church where you feel you can make friendship and build relationships. I've learned that while my sermons can sometimes help people to grow, the power of the HS seems to more often work through small groups and other experiences people share together. I hope this is helpful :-)
