Hi Bharti. I remember the first time I saw you, it was thanks to Chandra Namaskar, I was fascinated by the set but I couldn't do it because I had my body quite neglected. Hi, I would advise, do the Surya namaskar first, finish your asana practice (at least the backbends) and then do this. Forward folds and restorative asanas like Shavasana can be done in the end.

Hi there! I would recommend start with 2-3 rounds of Chandra Namaskar and take it up to about 5. Since it is a cooling practice, you don’t need to do many rounds :)

Hi Deepshika, like all other asanas, Chandra namaskar should also be practised on an empty stomach or at least 4 hours after eating. Hence I would recommend you do it before your dinner.

Hi Anjali, chandra namaskar is supposed to be a cooling practice. So you should restrict the repetitions to 5 sets. You can do it at the end of your practice when you are preparing to cool down.
