Yoga plays a significant role in regulating our monthly cycle and also alleviating the pain to a large extent. Even during your menstruation, a few light yoga moves, deep breathing and pranayama may be beneficial for you both physically and emotionally.
This is a practice is not meant for when you are having severe cramps on period pain. This is for when you are having normal periods with maybe a bit of discomfort and if you do have cramps, you can probably state it from day 3 or 4 when your cramps have subsided.
Once you are ready, let's hop on to the mat and get going!
