So glad you liked it! Thanks so much for the suggestion - as we are starting my 12 week program on March 28, the only workout I’ll be posting and filming are the 30-45 min workouts for the program. I hope you join us! If you’re ever looking for a short workout, I’d recommend doing 15-20 exercises from one of my no repeat workouts or completing less rounds of any of my workouts. There’s also a my 7 day HIIT program that’s only 20 min workouts 💪

Thank you for making a bicep only workout! There seem to be so few of them done by female trainers. 10 minute was exactly what I was looking for. My only wish is if the workout isn't specifically for Beginners, then no intro is really needed. It gets old having to skip the intro every time I watch.

Fantastic! The perfect mix of variety interspersed with the perfect amount of rest intervals so that just when you think “aaaah,” it’s time to start again 😄. I combined this with Vera’s 20 min back and biceps for a great workout. This is old school training at its best with a modern twist. For me, I love that is strictly strength and no cardio as I get my cardio from the treadmill. Again, this is a fantastic workout that packs a punch in just 10 mins. Highly…highly recommend!!!

Hi Mel! It’s unfortunately hard to tell from just this information. To lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit - there are some applications that can help you figure out what your daily needs are (I would check out Mayo Clinic calculator). If you can, focus on getting stronger and getting enough protein and fiber in your diet 💪🥰
