I just wanna say thank you so much for doing these 10 min work outs I struggle with depression and some days I don't even want to move or leave my bed and these mini work outs help me ALOT thank you so much , and I hope you can keep giving us more tiny work outs

So glad you liked it! Thanks so much for the suggestion - as we are starting my 12 week program on March 28, the only workout I’ll be posting and filming are the 30-45 min workouts for the program. I hope you join us! If you’re ever looking for a short workout, I’d recommend doing 15-20 exercises from one of my no repeat workouts or completing less rounds of any of my workouts. There’s also a my 7 day HIIT program that’s only 20 min workouts 💪

I'm so excited for your videos, Vera ! I just did this 10 minutes biceps workout then i went for the shoulders one. These two upper body wokouts gave me a serious sweat but i really enjoyed them !

Thank you for making a bicep only workout! There seem to be so few of them done by female trainers. 10 minute was exactly what I was looking for. My only wish is if the workout isn't specifically for Beginners, then no intro is really needed. It gets old having to skip the intro every time I watch.

Fantastic! The perfect mix of variety interspersed with the perfect amount of rest intervals so that just when you think “aaaah,” it’s time to start again 😄. I combined this with Vera’s 20 min back and biceps for a great workout. This is old school training at its best with a modern twist. For me, I love that is strictly strength and no cardio as I get my cardio from the treadmill. Again, this is a fantastic workout that packs a punch in just 10 mins. Highly…highly recommend!!!

I just want a little help your page is absolutely perfect but I have a question I need to lose weight and I do abs and arms and then the other day legs and butt and 1 or 2 days a week Hit workout I wanna know what should I do is this plan good and can I lose weight?

Hi Mel! It’s unfortunately hard to tell from just this information. To lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit - there are some applications that can help you figure out what your daily needs are (I would check out Mayo Clinic calculator). If you can, focus on getting stronger and getting enough protein and fiber in your diet 💪🥰
