Can´t believe I stayed for the abs workout! Loved the little tongue-in-cheek comment at the end while walking towards the camera. I wish I had found you during COVID, but better late than never! Really enjoy the natural demeanor and commentary, so relateable and warm. Feel like I¨m working out with a friend rather than a exercise diva like so many in this exercise world.
