This is a home chest and biceps workout.
All you need for this home workout is just 2 dumbbells.
The Workout
Dumbbell Chest Press - 10 reps
Dumbbell Curls - 10 reps
Dumbbell Chest Flies - 10 reps
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 10 reps
10 Close Grip Push Ups
Rest and repeat as many times as you can.
Do this workout two times a week with at least 2 days of rest in between workout day.

Hey Maks, Great video! Thanks for giving such easy-to-do excersizes at home. A couple of questions since I'm a complete beginner at this. When starting out, how many times do you think one should do this excersize in one routine? Are 15lbs dumbells okay (I'm 5'6 120lbs) to start of with? Also, it seems your head is always elevated for a lot of these excersizes (eg. the flies)...Are you supposed to do this? I thought it would strain your neck so I keep my head cushioned to the ground for the ones you said not to elevate yourself. If you have any suggestions, it would help a ton! Thanks a ton :)

It depends on the individual because what is heavy for one person may be light for another. Just lift hard and focus on having the perfect form.

I always rotate different sets like that but my body boiler friend said I should concentrate on one at a time. I feel like I'm getting better results the way you do it. Plus im doing it for boxing and I feel like his routines been slowing me down.

i tried so many exercises n followed a lot of guy mostly mike chang, but all of those required extrem amount of energy which i did not have as i just started, thn i saw makspthetruth, n followed all his instructions, n believe me in one month i gained a whole inch of biscep, n a lot of energy n stamina, he his really good, i mean his workouts are very simple but really effective. thank bro for such wonderful workouts.......

Is it k if I keep my head down on the floor while doing chest press n chest flies. M asking this bcoz I tried doing chest exercise n its paining on both side of my neck but it feels comfortable wen I keep my head down while doing chest press n chest flies pls Lee me knw bcoz as shown in the video u always keep ur head up while doing chest exercise. that shud depend on how much you can handle, i am 6 feet tall n used to weigh only 60kg, n i had started with only 5kg, and every week i used to increase the weight by 1kg n nw i weigh 68kg n thanx to Maks n his instructions i have gained enough stamina to take 12kgs. so i thnk its best to start with 5kg to build ur stamina thn slowly increase the weight

Use a weight that you feel comfortable with and go until failure.

Maks P The Truth Maks do you higher up the reps per set if you have a lower Kg dumbells like 10kg each arm how many reps ? Great videos by the way. It helps but it would be better to run fast for about 2 minutes than moderate speed for 5 minutes and switch back and forth.
