This is a home chest and biceps workout.
All you need for this home workout is just 2 dumbbells.
The Workout
Dumbbell Chest Press - 10 reps
Dumbbell Curls - 10 reps
Dumbbell Chest Flies - 10 reps
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 10 reps
10 Close Grip Push Ups
Rest and repeat as many times as you can.
Do this workout two times a week with at least 2 days of rest in between workout day.
