1. Reverse Dumbbell Curls
2. Hammer Curls
3. Dumbbell Bicep Curls
4. Seated Dumbbell Bicep Curls
5. Supine Curls
6. Dumbbell Concentration Curls
7. Incline Dumbbell Curls
Pick 3 out of the 7 exercise for your biceps workout.
Do 4 sets of 8 reps for each of the exercise
Do not do this workout more than twice a week.
get at least 2-3 days between workout days.

hey Maks , i'm new to your channel and i must say i'm impress coz it actually works wonders with your help on different excercises but i have a question(or problem),my bicep on the left arm doesn't seem to have a peak compared to my right arm which make it look uneven,what do you suggest to fix this ? should i do more concentrated bicep curls on my left arm?

Maks I have a question. I don't have access to the bench that you have in the video and as a result I can only do the ones where you are standing up and the concentrated curls sitting down. As a result should I just do double of those to compensate for the ones I cannot do and will I still need to rest for 3 days? How about 2? And will a 10 minutes work out just once every 2 to 3 days really make a difference or will it takes months to see any gain? Would really appreciate your reply.

You can find a replacement for the bench and workouts should be 30-1 hour if you want improvements

Thanks Maks, exercises very clear and understandable. Just started doing this along with the inclined perfect push ups. What do you do for cardiovascular? i'm trying to get back into jump roping again. What do you recommend for time on that? Very challenging to do these straight without resting. Best, Len

Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it :) For cardiovascular I would reccomend doing something you enjoy. You mentioned you want to get back into jump roping again. Start of for 4 sets and do each set for as much as you can. Do the jump roping every other day or every 2 days and slowly increase the time. Listen to your body because evryone is different.

Hello, i'm new to these workouts but i do like them, can you tell me if what i do is wrong or right? i do them just as in the video with about 1 min rest between each workout, after i finish the whole 7 workouts i do some push-ups and set-ups, then i do the 7 workouts again and i finish my workout like this, please tell me what do you think. thanks! :D (oh and what do you mean with "Do 3 out of the 7 exercises for 4 sets of 10 reps"?) thanks again.

Thank you for making this video. Now I have a few novice questions. Should I do this as a whole routine, meaning all 7 exercises in a row, or should I do a certain number of sets of each? Also, would you recommend lifting heavy for bigger muscle or focus on form and motion? I just started working out so I really doubt I would be able to do all 7 exercises with 10 reps using a high weight number.

so i'm a beginer gym member im doing my 3d month in the gym and i usualy do 4 bicep exercises and 3 sets on each and listen to me there is no such thing as you cant do it im currently working with 10kg on my dumbels and if i get too tired to lift them i have another dumbell with 7kg on it and i use that straight away without taking a break. no one will laugh at you in the gym as everyone has to start somewhere hell i used to lift 5kd dumbels when i started and on chest i lifted only the bar itself XD so just make sure you keep going no such thing as you can't do it and i know the post is 4 months old but i just wanted to answer if not for you maybe other people will find this usefull also make sure you have a hi protein diet or take protein shakes they really help and i would recomend staying away from preworkout i nearly passed out in the gym doing legs because i pushed myself to the limit while being on pre workout i did break my records tho and if you are doing something for the first time i would recomend doing the first set with light weight so you get the motion correct have fun and keep you'r brain working because if you dont you will hurt yourself
