I like the push-ups I’ve done a variation using a med ball try a tricep extension behind your head bring the bar four inches over your head and press straight up to the ceiling pure gold keep cracking waiting for the JM press great work today cheers ARM BLASTER

Progress is progress mate, we all have those types of workouts, that said you were still shifting some amount of weight over the workout. I was shouting "Its an arm blaster Batrry" haha. I am 42 so can relate to those type of moments. Are you tracking your macros or adjusting your diet for these 2 latest challenges?

I read an article that said to put 1 inch on ur arms im not talking about pump u av to put 10 pound of overall bodyweight on all the traing in the wont give u size without the bodyweight addition over time

Well done Barry, i know everyone wants big arms but youve got good arms even if you could get 20 inch it would not be aesthetic, no cap the shoulders side and rear delt and do some direct neck work, trust me you'll look a lot better, Peter

You ever experimented with resistance bands?I think they offer something unique,in that the tension obviously increases in the extended portion of a rep

Their hand grips. I used to own the company that kicked off the craze years back. You can buy them on ebay - just search gym hand grips

I'm doing more arm work this year. How long do you think rd to 20-inch arm's will take and rd to 140 inc bench? Rd to 160kg, I found the vids like halfway through, so how long does it take roughly?

140 incline will be a few months. Road to 20 inch longer

How much protein do you get a day? Do you track anything or just try to eat as clean as you can/whole foods

Not enough protein. Have to supplement with shakes to get close. Carbs and fats - no problem :)

@barrythomsonlifts just eat shit ton of eggs and meats, paired with fruit salmon and nuts and you'll have all you need haha, 💪💪
