As an ex content Creator. My thought is to keep doing and using viewer comments and feedback and asking for feedback on areas is fantastic. Not many youtubers do this anymore where you feel like you're a part of a community just for watching and commenting. You once hearted my comment to new tealand being a refrence to New Zealand (because I'm from there) and you dont forget stuff like that. And the comedic editing with the sound effects, memes etc are honestly what reeled be back into your channel. I started getting bored and stopped watching for a few months but I'm back watching almost every episode and feeling like I'm in a warm cozy place. Not sure how helpful this is, positive feedback isn't always that helpful Haha. But if you were wondering how things like the comedy is going. I'd say you're right on point. Also you child destroying the city was a huge highlight. Keep on with the great work.

With the houses not getting their waste collections you could use the spawn point tool to adjust the location where it is picked up from. If they're not getting waste collection they probably won't be receiving other city services too.

Someone mentioned in your last episode to move the metro station in the shopping centre to the other side of the road, so that pedestrians exit the station straight into the pedestrian zone, seems like a good idea. Thanks again for the great content.

Hi Biffa! I would like to suggest you try using Bob to replace parking spaces with picnic tables in pedestrian roads instead of eliminating them. This works really well because the cims will actually sit at the tables since they are part of an asset! 😁 (I think I learned this from Egg)

Love the build! Just one thing I noticed (tho I haven’t finished the vid yet. I’ll edit, depending!) You added an Aldi to a pedestrian area with no residential nearby. I’m not sure that Aldi will make it, especially if there are grocery stores closer to the transit hubs. People will walk with groceries a few blocks to transit (or their homes), but they won’t walk half a mile or more just for a bus when there are more convenient locations closer by. Aldi may have to consider a new location. I’ve lived in both NYC and San Fran. I’d shop and then jump on the subway or ferry on my route home from work, but I wouldn’t go to a fun destination then carry my groceries miles home. Anyway, love ya!❤

"People who have got brains aren't going to jump over that." Biffa has completely forgotten about the existence of teenagers. Maybe the fence should be moved right to the edge. As it is, it almost looks like a promenade that you're not allowed to walk on. People will want to stand/walk at the edge for the views.

Hey Biffa, I dont suppose one day, you could build a desert city on the game, their is a great map called Desert Oasis (Correct me if I am wrong about that) and it has a good building area with an Oasis to provide water. Enjoying the build. Thanks for building such a lovely city 🤗🤗😀😃😄

Fun fact why the English drive on the left side: it dates back from the medieval times, your right hand would be your sword arm, so if the person you meet in front of you passes you by on the right side, you can wack him with your sword, this also is the reason why castle towers go up clockwise, easier to defend when you have the high ground and the walls blocken the sword arm.

I believe you should still fix the bus routes in that shopping district. Right now they let people exit in the middle of the street. I guess that's because all the buses are meant to be driven on non-UK roads so the exit doors are on the wrong side of the bus for UK. But to fix you could add a one way bus lane to the pedestrian paths next to the stores and let them drop and pickup everyone by the buildings.

What does the "High" in "High Bickey" mean? Same goes for "Wald" in "Blightea on the Wald"? I'm an American, so these kinds of town names from the UK go right over my head. I'm pretty sure I could take a guess on these, but having an explination from someone from the UK is always a plus. Love the city, makes me wish some of these mod options were available on the ps4! We need an ingame Traffic Manager from the devs!

Is it possible to add variety of colors to the “food alley” tents? Love the idea, but the orange makes it look kinda like a FEMA disaster relief camp. In the new commercial area, things don't seem intentional. the area would have been developed with the businesses In mind and with such a high value area, it seems like the space isn't utilized sufficiently. I think focussing on more of a continued retail (not grocery store) and event spaces like nightlife and restaurants would have been a better option. with the parking at such a distance it would be a major inconvenience to the customers and the grocery store to have to walk all the way with their carts.

Loving this British series!!! Having worked in the hospitality industry all my working days, are there any holiday resort/camp assets you could use for one of the areas? A camp site, caravans, chalets. Maybe some sort of entertainment complex with it, and maybe some tennis courts and outdoor swimming pools? Maybe even an outside stage/entertainment area. What’s more British than having a weekend away at the caravan with some entertainment and fish ‘n’ chips for dinner! 🇬🇧

Since we have a town in New Hampshire called Seabrook, a good English name, why not call the estate *Teabrook Common* and make the long narrow block next to the u-loop road a small rural green? You can add a small brook leading to the River Wold if you wish. 😉

Sticking with the biscuit theming of the neighbouring village, Cranbrook could be renamed Cookiefield estate, Built in the 1920's as an overflow for the old village by a farmer who needed more labourers, the cottages were originally multi occupancy dwellings designed to look like grander houses. Now gentrified they are the the single household buildings they were originally designed to mimic. Throw in a former school, an ex-public house and a long abandoned police house and you have the idea. Many an English village has just such an estate on its fringe. Even the more modern housing filling the gap between the old village and this area is realistic post WW2 development.
