Many guys have anger issues because we're never taught how to correctly handle emotion(s) ... Once I became a father, I began researching and really took time to sit with myself and do my best to understand what a man/husband/father is supposed to truly be.

I’ve deleted all platforms of social media, so I feel you about the overwhelming situations we’re facing as a society is just draining. I may not agree with everyone and everything but I try to do my best to at least show love and compassion. A child of god before anything and anyone. Mike I really wish you well and hope more peace and joy is brought into your day. Peace be with all 🙏🏼.

Never met him but I’ve followed Mike since 2012 and I sincerely love this brotha. As a man without a lot of guidance it’s men like him and others possibly in this community that I follow and learn to lead by. I’m thankful for the humbling moment for I was having a bit of an off start to my day and this video alone let me know I’m not the only one tuned to sensitive matters. I’m a peaceful man but the state of our society has put me on tilt and I know deep down inside we all can be better together in this country. Us as African Americans truly want to build our own to pass down without negative encounters from our own or outside interference. We want a justice system that is fair. We want protection without harm from the protectors. And the work within our community needs change. The same energy behind the demonstrations we are witnessing for justice and inequality has to be shown in our community. Brotha Mike sir thank you. You don’t have to allow us in your personal space but I’m sure I speak for us all when I express I’m glad individuals like yourself do so.

10:13 It really is bliss, and I think that's why there's so much tension right now you have people that want to raise awareness and force people out of their state of ignorance and both sides are clashing. Those that are living in ignorance don't want to be taken out of that state of mind because they're enjoying their life and what's going on right now doesn't affect them directly.

My response to that today would be, emotional beat downs are the worst. 🤫🤫🤫 3. Bro everything you just shared is 100% heart felt. You are correct in your assessment of everything you mentioned. Sometimes its best to disconnect for a sec from everything and clear your mind. I always say that my life was way better before cell phones and pagers were a normal thing for the public. If you are 40 or older, you'll understand that last statement. If you're not, I'm sorry that you don't have the understanding of true mental rest. At any rate, stay true my bro. What we as blacks in America are going through as a people, what Moses spoke about in the scriptures, Deuteronomy 28:15-68. Part of this is there fault explained in Zachariah 1:15. What we're going through today mirrors what our people been through in Egypt, and we're going to come out of it the same way. Just some food for thought.

@@cryaloucandfearnot You are wasting your time. I don't believe in any of that nonsense. "GOD" could have created a utopia but he didn't. All these religious books are filled with fairy tales. Majority of the stories don't even make logical sense. Noah's Ark is a prime example. Books are filled with genocide, incest, slavery, murder, rape, pedophilia, etc. Religion is a way to manipulate people. No thanks.

liftingcarbsdaily all the thing you named, are in the Bible, are happening on this earth right now, and are happening every day which proves all the more that the Bible is true. If God isn't real tell the scientist to measure the wind and tell us how it was created. Let scientists measure how deep the ocean is and what's down there. Let scientists tell us how deep space is? Man doesn't have an answer to these questions which proves that the unthinkable things in the Bible can happen as well. Don't go off only what you can see. Working out is about mind body and soul, so it’s great to see that you’re in touch with all that. It motivates the hell out me, I love this portion of the video, well all the videos but you get what I’m saying. It’s just great to see someone that’s an influencer of mine showing that they carry the load that we all pretty much carry together as blacks or just people in general. it’s just like the roots of the trees they’re all connected , we’re all connected to this hatred towards us from other races/people. I hate to keep going on but Mike you just touched my soul with that 🤷🏿♂️🤦🏾♂️
