Someday will be the talk of legends rebuilding these trucks. Bullnoses are like a box of chocolate. Sometimes, you find a chiltons in between the box and cab of the truck for 1982. Was so random finding that yesterday. But so finding out its 71 400 and not a 351w in my 1980 f150.

Used to love those Chilton's many years ago. Just finished my road trip, 4,488 miles. Here's to getting a power sorce figured out soon on the Bronco. My Bronco died way up North, not really lookin for another one, yet. He was a good dog.

Hellyea grew up im my dads 85 bronco. Dont see those generations much anymore. You see 70s and 90s all the time

Yeah bullnose wasn't a huge crowd favorite

Love me some bronco content, I am biased Working on my 78 daily and you wouldn’t believe the shenanigans in body work I am doing to it. If I need parts I buy whole trucks. …

I think you are right about the "spray" - good call.

Very similar to what I did, rough stuff

You should take that block to the machine shop and build a stroker. Also, that 92 has E7 heads. The F3 heads from '93-97 flow a lot better.

Good to know! Everyone keeps telling me D0VE or cobra jet

@@VeteranRevivals those only work if you're gonna go carb or sniper. The ports don't match up from EFI to carb for the intake or the exhaust.

We have got to do something to get LS out of your vocabulary when you’re working on a Ford!

Can’t wait to see it finished. I’ve been wanting a bronco but prices are stupid. But I understand why 🤣

Yeah it's wild what people want for these things

Art, you seem to had some bad luck recently with the junk yard engines. Love your positive attitude about maybe using that turd to build something nice for Earl.

If I need parts I buy whole trucks. …why is there no rust on that one? Never seen that… course I am up past North Dakota… give you a 351 Cleveland from the 78-79 era trucks for free, got two in the garage … go check a junk yard .. buy a whole running truck for 500 bucks… you know what to do …

Haha yes, not much rust down here in the desert. Might have something figured out for the engine. Soon!

Bummer that the engine needs more work than a short block. I'm an LS guy myself, but this Bronco should stay with a Ferd engine IMHO. Wish Coyotes were cheaper 🫤
