Wouldn't Banish be the perfect spell for this session? Because it's all creatures leaking in from different planes of existence, and iirc if used on such a creature the effect is permanent rather than the 60 seconds it normally is (so anything that failed a save would just be immediately removed from the situation

Silly viewer expecting the party to know mechanics. You must be new here. (Jokes aside, yes but think of the anticlimax and lack of war crimes/three stooges comedy this would result in). It is only if they maintain the concentration for the full minute though and even if there's only one enemy there's no guarantees when splash damage Dob is around.

This basically implies that Geth is _somewhere_ in the Planescape - not on the Prime Material plane because it’s definitely wonky compared to that - but it’s in there somewhere. Maybe like somewhere sideways of it? Not up or down into the Faewild or Shadowfell, but like off to the left somewhere.

Is the joke about tapped because it won't work without air (and in Geth there is no air at night)? I thought Johnny meant tapped out as in empty, so I couldn't figure out what the joke was at all for a long time. It is wild that all of the cast know how a beer tap works to get that joke so fast (instantly connecting it to the new bit about space); I feel like there has to be a less obscure joke intended that I am missing.

I've always rather liked the "chunky salsa" rule of Shadowrun. Where in instances that someone is gonna get decimated - like, say, dropping a grenade in a small space and turning its inhabitants into the titular chunky salsa- they just die no roles needed. I feel like that would have been valid for shoving a bomb in someone's mouth.

It's a fun rule (they used it for the Mind Flayer who got eviscerated) but doing it for 'the creature had a bomb shoved into it's mouth' would come up so often in Oxventure that they'd end most encounters faster than they already do. Not that it's a bad thing but you've got to give everyone a chance to do something cool/war crimes/cool war crimes.

Look, I think Ellen is great and Merilwen is a fantastic character for the team, but 80% of the audio of this adventure is just her constant giggling - especially at her own jokes. I don’t like being mean, but it gets to a point where it’s distractingly annoying.

You know what I find worse than someone enjoying themselves and having a good time? When other people think that it's annoying to witness that person enjoying themselves and having a good time. I suppose she should just bar herself in a cupboard every time she wants to laugh or has a joke to make? It's not 80% of the audio and it's not constant, you just think she's taking up more space than she has a right to. I think maybe you should have a sit down and think real hard why you think it's annoying and distracting to hear her laugh, but not any of the other members.
