Awesome video, not just teaching the movement but the rules as well. All to often the rules aren't discussed, this was perfect.

I had always heard that keeping your forearms 90 degrees from the bar, was a must. Good to see that you bench a little wider and approve of what feels more natural and comfortable. Thanks!
