Some tips i would like to give to new Scram riders are 1. Run in the bike properly, for the first 500 km ride below 3500 rpm on each gear with 60kmph as max speed and for the next 1000 km,4500 rpm and 80kmph and so on. This will ensure maximum mileage and engine stability in the long run. 2.Clean the spark plug and change the ignition and fuel pump relays to 12v 25amp ones to solve the stalling issues. 3.Never pressure wash or use shampoo on the coneset/headset as this will wash out the grease and cause the bearings to rust. 4.Lube the chain for smoother shifts and as for the hardshifts from 1st to 2nd, rev the motor a bit higher than normal and then shift. 5.To solve the infamous "tik-tik" sound from the engine, go to your nearest service center and get the exhaust valve opening adjusted.

There is no such news, but it looks like they might stop scram after Guerilla 450 launch.

Hello. The pull to right might be from the rear tire adjustment. As far as I know, RE bikes does not have the most accurate scale for the leveling up the axle. It maybe better to measure from the rim on both sides.

I have already checked that, tyre adjustment is okay, there is an issue with the cone set.

@@Free_Wheeler Sorry, I did not know the 'cone set' term, I know them as headset bearings. The Himmy is known for it's weak headset.. Think there are number of replacements

Thinking now about the scram before it's discontinued and comparing it to the Hunter. The Hunter has more naturally comfortable position to me but the suspention on bad roads on the scram will be better. Greetings from the Balkans

@@Stefan_trekkie I have ridden hunter and own a Scram for more than 2 years now. If you ask me, Scram is far better in comfort, suspension, and very good in off road. Going for scram would be good idea.

Bro how is the experience of facing punctures while riding specially at high speeds. Does the bike become uncontrollable. I love the bike but this thing is not giving me peace of mind.

Tube tyres is the pain, but the bike doesn't go out of control or stays under control even if there is a puncture. I have ridden the motorcycle with punctured rear tyre couple of times for 3-4 kms. It just needs more throttle to get kicked off, once it starts going, it's smooth.

In 2024 after seeing both himlayan 450 and gerilla i still took 411, only one issue is seat, my height is 7.7/7.8...earlier i had honda Dazzler. Seating posture is changed in this bike legs are little back and handle is low and seat is too smooth.... Automatically it hurts testicles.... Are anybody faced this problem? Is that seat trimming and handle raiser will resolve this issue. Please suggest me.

Im from Australia and was thinkiing of the Scram or the Guerilla. I've never heard of the 'cone set' problem. How is it fixed? Is Royal Enfield aware of this issue?

Yes, Royal Enfield is aware about this issue and it is replaced, it costed me around 1300 Indian rupees to fix this.

Thanks for sharing the videos, I have few questions, Can you please answer to them? what's the mileage that you're getting now? did you ever changed the clutch plates? Did you feel the same power now as same as first day of your motorcycle?

Sure brother, I will answer these questions in a video as well, but for you here: 1. the mileage for daily rides between delhi Gurgaon in traffic is 30 kmpl. 2. No, I did not face any issues with the clutch as of now. 3. Motorcycle is powerful, but it’s not as refined as it was when I purchased it, but I haven’t faced any issues with power.

Bro i also booked this bike in june 15th, and my friend's saying Scram 411 gear shift is very hard, and engine heating issue's and mileage will drop around 25kmpl. Starting it will give 30kmpl and breaking not good. So im confused 😕. Bro you facing any issue's? Pls reply in english.

I have been riding it since more than 2 years & almost 26000 kms, I am getting mileage of around 30 even riding it in extreme delhi traffic. Yes, gear shift is little hard but as an adventure motorcycle it’s good. Engine heating is an issue with all RE bikes, because of the air cooled engine.

Bro, bike k saath kuchh b nai milta, bas motorcycle. Crash guard air dual stand must hai. Dual stand aap RE se lagwa lena, and crash guard babe se, Auto Engina ka crash guard bohot sahi h, maine use kar rha hu, maine installation ka video aur link mere channel p hai.

Bro, I recently had an issue where my motorcycle Scram 411 would cut off automatically quite often. I reported it to Royal Enfield (RE), and they replaced the throttle body and other components, but that didn't resolve the problem. After consulting with RE engineers, they identified and replaced some of the wiring, which finally fixed the issue. Maybe it's time for you to write an email directly to RE.

According to my opinion, opting for the new models is a better decision. RE might soon launch the Scram 450 or Scram 650, so I would suggest waiting for their release.
