My fav : 1/2) Triceps pushdown 1/2) Close grip press 3.) Behind the neck Cable in LOWEST setting. ( Activates Long head similar movement like Skull crusher) Reason to do tricep pushdown first is to fatigue triceps and increase blood flow so that in Close grip press I can easily feel my triceps. Or I do them in superset. Due to shoulder issue, I don't do Skull crusher.

Jeet sir no offense but lockdown ke time ghar pe diamond pushups mein hi variation deke maine hard banaya tha kabhi bag pack mein weights bharke kabhi resistance band ke sath kabhi apne family members ko back pe letake kabhi gf ko, toh diamond pushups ko hard leke Jaaya ja sakta hai lekin ek point pe aapke main b agree karta hu ki koi weak hoga ya jiske wrist mein injury hai overweight people vo iss exercise ko nahi maar sakte lekin jo experts ho chuke hain vo kuch na kuch variation laake diamond pushups ko hard bana sakte hain easily but still thank you so much for wonderful information, always love your videos and you, keep growing. 10 diamond push up 9 doumble overhead extension 8 rope overhard push 7 tade press 6 bench dips 5 triceps dips 4 rod push down 3 scal crusher 2 Doumble kick back 1 close grip bench Hope this helps 🙃
