Of your many outstanding features, your arms may just be the most impressive. Your bis specifically stand out. They're perfect, round baseballs--a terrific example of what every man should try to achieve. Thanks, Corey, for sharing your gifts of athleticism and beauty with the world so very generously!

Amongst all your "bicep" exercices and some of your "tricep" exercices there are only few that are going to help at all with arm developpment because they are simply not targetet enough. Most of the pull exercices you did will request your back muscles far more than your biceps, same for tricep and chest involvement. To have a better bicep isolation you should go mostly with underhand grip and a few variations of that grip (Wide, close or even hammer grip if you have the bar set-up for that) and also pay more attention to how you perform the movement like focussing more on a good bicep contraction and less on your scapula pro and retraction. A good thing to do is also to use a few easy exercices you know will isolate these muscles first so you can make them tired first wich will make it a lot easier to feel a good contraction during the workout. If you work out with calisthenics for physique rather than freestyle you have to find tricks that allow you to target specific muscles that would else be left a bit on the side by most classic bodyweight exercices.

I ove your videos, can you do a video how you can increase your pull ups or how deal with injuries like wrist? you are the BEST in calisthenics!
@Ninad.d.Parkhi7 жыл бұрын
Arnaud Nicolas increase overall reps per session or increase amount of reps in given time... 10 min 200 push-ups then next time 10 min 200+ push-ups same to pullups

Hi Corey, Did you make most of your gains just doing calisthenics? I'm thinking that going into Nursing or PTA school with the intense curriculum, It would be more convenient to do calisthenics within my schedule to maintain or even improve size and strength. What do you think?

Chin ups for biceps. Not pull ups. Biceps=chin ups. Triceps=dips 💪
