Cheating curls will grow your arms more than isolation and being slow at every movement. That's why you throw it on back day. This youtube perfect form crap is stupid. Watch blood and guts

@@kevdawg55 anything standing should have your core working. In fact, you should start just about every exercise with it engaged and hold through your reps. This is the how a "strong core prevents injury" if you've ever wondered why.

@@kevdawg55 why? Are you trying to avoid a good core activation workout for you? If your form is good and you aren't injuring yourself, that will go away as your core and other muscles get stronger. If your form is garbage and thats what is causing it, yes: lower the weight and work on form and mind muscle connection, first.

No rushing with how much you press. Perfect the press and gradually increases as you already are doing. Get growing without getting injured is the the goal.

That was an amazing Tricep workout...for a bro split or arm day lol, the exercise selection was amazing but it would have helped a lot if you showed how to include it into a push day or a chest and Tricep day

@@davidmejia4874 If you're doing push day I'd recommend starting with tricep then go into shoulders because after hard shoulder pressing you won't have any strenght for close grip bench.At least in my experience.It also helps if you're focusing more on arm development.

@@benedekistvan2655 I personally do the opposite. I start with either chest or shoulders and end with triceps, because I won’t be able to push a thing when I’ve fried my triceps beforehand. Although I would like to try the other way around, it’s just not for me.

Skullcrushers to the face are useless. Very short ROM. Lower them over and behind the head, keeping the humerus at and an angle to engage the long head.

I really loved your idea of side lying triceps extension. This is a great alternative/addition to the overhead triceps extension and seems to be much safer.

Damn, so you guys both tore your rotator cuffs using these exercises specifically? Thats a shame, but everyones anatomy is different and if you experience no joint pain and feel the tension in the target muscle you should be fine to continue to use the exercise. Too bad no one informed you guys!
