Trini here living in the US. Agreed. This guy is 1000% correct. Just recently I was telling coworkers that I never paid for a mango in Trini, I just picked it off my own tree. I've met many other immigrants like myself from all around the world including the Caribbean. They all stay away from processed food and fast food outlets. We also have issues with how cheaply houses are built yet insanely high home prices and property taxes. It's ridiculous.

Thanks for the great video, cause only when you experience it you can see it even better. We who had the experience to grow up in the tropics are very lucky people. Like you said the natural beauty, great food (local produced), lots of fruits(picking fruits from the trees), walking around barefoot (grounding which is very important to the mental well being) the great vibes and lessons especially from the elders. The tropical zones are the most harmonic, nourishing and resourceful for the human being, but it's all a psychological warfare so stay strong and be safe, One Love Consciously

I’m in Dominica my beautiful Caribbean island after decades in America n I eat all organic here but I did not know organic has a special flavor and taste even an after taste. I can taste the soil. The air smells organic everywhere smells like the forest. You can taste the ocean in the freshly caught fish. The organic taste can be a bit overwhelming but it’s real healthy.

From someone who’s American-living off the land is the most wealthiest way to live. You all are rich in many ways especially if you’re still connected to your mother land. Even those Americans who live off the land here in America (many people do) are rich. The system just wants to use your energy to build it up and keep it going. The biggest lie was to have you willingly leave your home land for perceived greater. It’s only greater and greener where you water your own grass. Bless up to all my Caribbean brothers and sisters ❤️🙏🏾

So much less hassle. We can more or less go and do anything any time of the year. We don't have to pay to go to the wonderful beaches we have. We can just pick up and go and enjoy. I grew up on a property with lots of orange trees and many other fruit trees. There was also a cave in the backyard. It had a water source of sorts. It was the kind of place that caribbean story books are written about. It was way into adulthood that I was able to appreciate what I had.
