BS.. i use what i need, not what anybody tells me to.

Not only that, but you also need to use all five, ideally at the same time! This "here's five " lists and clickbaiting nonsense have become so boring…

5 reasons why I am unsubscribing from BikeRadar. 1 - 5: The clickbait is getting insane.

Especially since this comes across as a commercial attempting to not look like a commercial.

This is the first time I've seen a bad BikeRadar video. It pains me to see Jack put in his amazing charisma and enthusiasm to what ends up being a filler, unnecessary product placement. If anything, if you want to make Garmin happy with a video about gravel cycling, you could make a video about how smart watches and trainers like the Garmin Fenix might be very useful for a gravel cyclist or something like that. This is too forced...

Seriously? The only screen I use is my map... The whole point of adventure riding is looking around, not at your screen... 😅 I might use heart rate to pace my long rides....

So, then the map isn’t the only screen you use??

Can we just have a ‘Bike Play’ head unit please like CarPlay??? We all have our phones with us anyway. Using a Garmin is an unnecessary pain.

I think the Hammerhead karoo is based on Android. No practical reason that it can't be achieved - the OS can run on basic hardware

Only downside to a car play like system would be battery life, although BLE is pretty good for that.

The most important data screen on my 1030 whilst riding gravel is time so I know when to get home for dinner.

I stopped using my 830 when I go on the trails. None of that data is worth anything and is just a distraction for why I'm off road in the first place.

i just need clock, speed and avg. speed... but what do i know, i didn´t even connected my phone with my garmin and still ride rimbrakes...

All great tips to have a less adventurous ride. .. unless you crash into a tree looking at your bike computer as I did a few times. Just want to have a nice day outdoors? Leaf the Garmin at home. You'll feel free like never before.

We're still required to stay apart from one another, if you hadn't guessed already!
