Great pace! Precise. I have taken Bikram classes before, know postures, but need a guidance to relax and keep on track. I screened through sessions available on youtube and this was the best one. It is clear - the instructor is present. This what is required for leading people

Hi This practice was the best 60 minute I’ve ever done. I really like how you organized this practice for 60 minutes. Most 60 minute practice rush and combine postures and try to as much as possible in 60 minutes. Your practice went for quality over quantity. It was 60 minutes but felt like the normal pace and flow of a 90 minute, with the savasanas between floor postures. Your dialogue is terrific! Your voice quality is beautiful.

An honest question and looking for a honest answer from an patron, what happens to flexibility over tine once you stop the classes?

honest answer... i could only touch my toes with ease after doing year of yoga. after not doing the yoga for 3 years, I lost my ability to touch toes..

This could have been a great video. However, I know we are to focus on just ourselves looking forward but it was very distracting seeing the person(s) behind the instructor in the reflection constantly moving around and fanning throughout the workout especially with the standing balancing poses. Better direction would have been helpful. Otherwise, thank you.
