stewardess/flight attendant is not easy, so many people hate flying and hate the prices of the ticket so they're pissed off to begin with. this means they get on and feel entitled and at the same time are annoyed, depressed, and often tired. as far as customer service goes they should really be one of the last we should criticize. if there were more straight males in that profession it would be called going stewardess rather than going postal
