Kyle Coucke having a male roommate is not in and of itself a red flag. Finding an affordable apartment in a good neighborhood is hard enough as it is. A lot of the time you don’t get much of a say about who you’re roommate is unless you’re specifically searching for a place to share with a friend. It really depends on how they interact.
