Give yourself a break holy SHIT. It's some OREO'S NOT CRACK. I buy plain ready made cupcakes and go nuts with whip cream chocolate, sprinkles and honey. It feels GREAT! Then I walk the 🐕 and MOVE ON. Diets never work because they are designed to make you feel awful and who the HELL wants that? Just take processed sugar out of your life. And have some OREO'S when you get the urge. Bill, keep in mind that your body is constantly burning calories. Those 400 calories from the Oreos can be burned off just by sitting around watching TV, provided you're don't intake more calories than your body burns off either naturally or by adding exercise that day. It's all about checks and balances.
