For a short period of time in the 1970s (when he was healthy in his prime), he was unquestionably the best in the game. Also, very few people screamed “1970s” by their lifestyle and attitudes as loudly as Bill W. RIP.

RIP Bill Walton one of the best centers in the nba during the late 1970s, we know Kareem Abdul Jabbar was the guy of that decade but Bill dominated him in those playoffs series.

He was really a very nimble big man before his feet broke down. Fundamentally sound like Duncan, could pass like Jokic, knew how to defend and frustrated bigger centers when he appeared to be overmatched. Later became a great 6th man for that stacked 1986 Celtics team. Just a unique talent, with two well-earned rings in the NBA, as well as two college chips. Hall of Famer for sure.

@@kobeballer when you get a competition that includes multiple countries in the world balling against each other the correct term would be World Championship. It is nothing of the sort. It's USA teams and 1 Canadian Team. It's just arrogance..

So do UEFA CL, when any euro club won it, they would say the club "rules the world" since UEFA CL is the best football competition but not actually a global competition when there is FIFA CWC/Intercontinental Cup(old day). So I could say some European football fans are arrogant about that the football competition aside from europe as well. Double standard, arrogance & hypocrite at its finest
@dillastone Жыл бұрын
Nobody in Europe calls the UEFA Champions League World Championship. There is only one Club World Cup in football that we call World Cup who is played out with Teams from all over the world. So you complete wrong and U.S. People remain alone with this kind of double standard.

The Hall of Fame for sports (typically) do not only take in to account their professional careers.... Not just his time in the NBA, in this case. It's the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, not the National Basketball Association Hall of Fame. Your comment is pointless.
