This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it kzbin.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

When he says he doesn't worry, he's truly speaking to the fact that he's achieved a higher consciousness. He just doesn't know that's what it is. It's not dissociative, it's just higher consciousness, which is what I've been studying and why I'm here. Great videos Jay!

Thank you for your service. I am 80, and I live in Queretaro now since age 79. I invest in non begging and respectful people, so they can pay it forward. I am not greedy, nor do i love scammers, dry beggars, cruel and deadly demons. I am blessed, if I can take care of my needs first, and with my excess, I love to help non beggars help themselves. I will never be a millionaire share my excess, billionaire or zillionaires, because I share my excess, but I am not a fool..

Rather than dwelling on past mistakes or worrying about what may happen in the future, we can focus on making the most of the present moment. This can help us feel more content and fulfilled in our daily lives. When we let go of worry and live in the present, we may find that our worries gradually fade away. Instead, we can focus on taking positive steps towards our goals and enjoying the journey along the way.

the best decision I ever made in my life was investing in financial market. Trust me guys, it pays a lot. trading with an expert is the best strategy and also profitable, Newbies who are not aware of how crypto truly works and wish to make profits from it, I would advise to invest with a professional like Fergus waylen, It helps secure and minimize the possibilities of losses.

Love it......no worry! When you've been through so many challenges and have made it through and know that there's a Greater Power/Source involved, you are learning to find peace in the midst of storms or lose your sanity. It's a choice and I'm glad that I found it! My only child/son was in Hawaii, during my divorce process with his father in 2008, and tampered with the magic mushrooms. Not sure who and what was totally involved and honestly happened to him, but he returned home in a psychosis. I learned that he was emotionally out of balance and whatever was ingested, heightened his emotions x 10 and was a bad trip. Not just anyone can take the psychedelics....just sharing. Thank you, Jay and Bob!!

Not worrying about anything would help in living an easier life that's for sure
@AnnTsungMD
@AnnTsungMD Жыл бұрын
While it's true that not worrying about anything can make life easier in some ways, it's also important to remember that a certain amount of concern and awareness is necessary for our well-being and success. Avoiding all worries can lead to a lack of motivation or action, and may cause problems to go unaddressed. It's all about finding a balance - acknowledging and addressing concerns when necessary, while also not allowing worry to consume us.

Dear Mister Parson,. I'm a doctor in France and totally believe having an experience of conscious opening as you did with psychodelics is life changing when suffering of PTSD of any origin. I think that, very interestingly we are now able to induce in minutes with a specific musical procedure for instance a state of transe that has the same effects as psychodelics and has no use of chemicals. Do you know about it? Is also synchronizes the two lobes of the brain and inhibits the activity of the frontal cortex. As an influençable man, would you look into it to help also développe this tool if it seems worthwhile to you? Sincerely yours
