कमाल के डॉक्टर हो आप ❤। बिलकुल सही कह रहे हो आप। पहले डॉक्टर मिले जो कह रहे हो कि सर्जरी की जरूरत नहीं है। आप जैसे अच्छे डॉक्टर की ही जरूरत है। ✅✅✅ मुझे भी ढाई तीन साल पहले L4 L5 में समस्या हुई थी। स्लिप डिस्क या कुछ और पता नही मुझे, तीन तीन डॉक्टर बोले की सर्जरी होनी है। लेकिन फिर उन्हीं में से एक डॉक्टर ने एक फिजियोथैरेपिस्ट का नंबर दिया कि इनसे मिलिए, अगर आपको सर्जरी नही करानी है। इन फिजियो ने एक डेढ़ महीने में सब नॉर्मल कर दिया 3-4 exercise से और कोई वाइब्रेशन मशीन थी उससे। ❤

@@priyankanegi8545 ji, mai lucknow se hu.. pareshan na hoiye.. relax rahiye.. 2 exercise kar k dekhiye, mujhe to yahi karayi gayi.. 1. seedhe peeth k bal let kar pairo k panje ko apni or kheechiye aur chhodiye. 2. peeth k bal let kar "knee to chest" wali exercise kariye. araam araam se. in dono ko 20-20 baar kariye 3 baar. प्रधानमंत्री जन औषधि केंद्र से जेल ले आइए- "diclofenac diethylamine, thiocolchicoside, linseed oil methyle salicylate & menthol gel" yh 50 rupee ki ayegi.. usko lagaiye.. rahat milegi.. vajan bilkul bhi na uthaiye aage bilkul bhi na jhukiye, agar koi cheej neeche se uthani h toh ghutne modh kar neeche hoiye (peeth ko seedha rakhiye)
