I did a journey on this train from Palakkad to Bengaluru Cantonment. This one is a Vande Bharat Special and hence does not include Catering options! It was fun to travel in a Vande Bharat express, with no food included in the fare!!

People in India lack etiquette in public places. Additionally, I noticed that some Vande Bharat trains were dirty due to a lack of support from commuters in keeping the coaches clean.

People think that throwing rubbish all round is their right and expect the railway to clean up. Even if they have problem they would not take it up with authorities or use facilities to inform because every one expect others to do the job for him. Recently I found that a particular bathroom was not used by the commuters and everybody who opened the door will step back closing their nostrils. Evidently the closet was not flushed properly for some reason by somebody. Another flushing easily cleared the clogged closet. Nobody is ready to do that. Let someone else do it🤪

Wow Dude....the NEW Intro theme is just FANTASTIC. PERIOD!! That said....gonna miss the old theme though 🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊. BANGALORE in recent years trully has become a Fierce Emotion to the whole of Kerala. Interesting journey, though short and ran through after Salem. The arch walls are apparently colonial times. You could see them in stations like Chennai Egmore, Aligarh, Saharanpur and Lahore in Pak.

I was on MYS-KCVL train on that day. Was standing on the door to get a glimpse of the Vande Bharat. If then can reduce the slack time, they can bring it down to about 8 hr 15 mins..

Good service for IT workers and students but the time and day should be changed from Bangalore to ers the departure timing should be change to evening 4 or 5pm (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). From ers to banglore (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). They are planning to change the departure time to 6:30am instead of 5:30 from cantonment.They have given a huge slack time it can easily achieve this duration in 8 hours instead of 9hrs( Personal opinion).

This train should start from Bangalore in evening 4 PM and should reach Ernakulam at 12 AM. Friday from bangalore is the busiest day. Bangalore - 4.00 pm, Salem - 7.15 pm, Erode - 8.00 pm, Thiruppur - 8.40 pm, Podannur - 9.15 pm, Palakkad - 10.00 pm, Thrissur - 11.00 pm, Ernakulam - 12.00 am

Similarly Trivandrum - mangalore vande bharath start at 4 pm and ends at 12.30 am in mangalore...bangalore ernakulam also almost same distance.. Planned Vande bharath sleeper train completely run in night wit sleeper coaches..

Most of them working in IT companies used to travel on Fridays, they can reach home on the same day and sleep at their home. In above timing, train will reach on 10 pm @palakkad, 11pm @thrissur, 12am @ernakulam👍 But bus lobby's wont allow since most of the travellers surely will prefer train for above timing.

The Train should start from ernakulam from 6.00 am in the morning to reach bangalore at 2.00 pm afternoon. The same train should start at evening 4.00 pm from Bangalore and should reach Ernakulam at night 12 am.. These timings are similar to trivandrum - mangalore vande bharath, its almost same distance also

I didn't know that doors close 1 min before scheduled departure. This needs to be widely publicised and also announced on train; everyone would assume that doors close only "at departure", whatever that is.

NDLS-Varanasi covers about 750 kms in 8 hours. They can surely cover 640 kms in 8 hours even considering the speed limit within Kerala. For this they have to upgrade the speed from Bangalore to Jolarpettai to Salem to Thiruppur to 130 kmph

Podanur Jolarpettai might go 130kmph by end of this year. Jolarpettai - Bangalore is already approved, but yet to be implemented. This train eas easily do end to end in 8hrs. The major challenge is 80kmph between ERS and SRR A and 65kmph between Kanjikode and Madukkarai

@@Platform7byBinaiSankar As per my knowledge, permission for 130kmph is still not given between Bangalore-Jolarpettai (happy to be corrected here). Only trial runs are done with 130 kmph quite sometime back. Also the entire stretch cant be given the permission, as after Kuppam there is steep accent/descent which will surely have a speed capping. Hoping for 2 rakes from both the ends with up and down journey for the same rake. Start from ERS at 5:40 AM and reach SBC by 1:40 PM (As SBC-MAS double decker is preponed to 1:30 PM, this platform will be free for Vande Bharat). Start back by 2:30 PM (this will increase the waiting time for SBC-CBE uday express) and reach ERS at 10:30 PM. Southern Railway might not accept this, as already Uday Express and BNC-CBE Vande Bharat starts around the same time and this can get a hit at the patronage. Some tweaking is needed for CBE-BNC vande bharat

Lovely video Binai .. was waiting for one before my scheduled travel later this week. to and fro from BNC to ERS and back... There is no news yet of this train being made permanent post Aug 26 yet. Hope IR makes this a permanent daily service. can help a lot of folks between Bangalore and Ernakulam.. and preferably extend to TVM in the league of some of the western countries where they focus on regular busy routes and make them easily commutable by fast /bullet trains thereby reducing time to travel . India truly shining -- for now at least !! :)

Would agree to everything except that extension to Trivandrum thing. Passengers from ERS/TCR area really struggle to get tickets due to this craze of extending all trains to Trivandrum. Why is it that Kerala cannot have two originating points?

@@Platform7byBinaiSankar While I agree with you that tickets availability will be a challenge - However there are more points to ponder . from close to Ambalapuzha ( my parents stay there) there are very few options for us to reach Kochi thru trains at relevant times. too much of cab and flight tickets money leave us praying for better options by trains like VB esp if you are a regular commuter like me.

@@vconi there are trains from Trivandrum already doing that. Extending more trains and inconveniencing a larger number of passengers is not the solution for that. Not every train can go to everybody's house and pick them.

TCR/PGT etc have so many options already .. a simple search on IRCTC between those cities and Bangalore throws up so many options . if nothing else there are VBs from Coimbatore that are daily. Indian Railway is not only about Vande Bharat. While you blame the central government, why don't you ask the state why bus services aren't being increased?? Why is it that all people are forced to depend on trains?? If sufficient buses are available, a lot of short distance passengers will move to buses. That is not happening here. And you say there is NO talk of normal trains - clearly indicates that you haven't watched other videos on this channel. If you have a problem with Vande Bharat, this is not the place to vent your frustrations
