Can you keep the magazine pre loaded all the time?? Will that damage the magazine?

I followed your video and the spring inside the magazine sprung. It disconnected from inside and now it won't work. is there a trick to get the spring working again? Now I am stuck with loading pellets directly into the rifle by hand without a magazine. I looked online and there aren't any .25 magazines available.

The main reason why I have avoided buying AEA is because it is impossible to buy additional HP Series magazines. No body has them in stock -- not even Bin. You only get one with your gun, and if it breaks, you're done. Furthermore, whenever I buy a gun, I always buy 3 or 4 extra magazines with it. I load them all up before going to the indoor gun range. I want to spend my 30 minutes at the paid gun range shooting -- not re-loading the same magazine the whole time. You can't buy extra magazines with the gun when it comes to AEA. So, even though I have 4 AEA rifles on my wish list, they are at the bottom of the list because everything seems to be out of stock.

Sorry my friend, due to stupid COVID 19 policy in China, we lost almost all the parts suppliers, so we were out off market especially on mags, but we should have it within two weeks

These are the most garbage magazines I’ve ever handled in my entire life. They ruin the fun entirely, I feel like I wasted $800 because of $0.30 worth of fragile plastic

I have ordered four clips from you people none of them work none of them have the springs in them why don't y'all make better equipment these are very expensive guns to be having to work on them yourself like this
