Man this gives me so much nostalgia, I barely had any of the g1 sets as a kid and g2 came around at just the right time for me to get interested in it, these animation got me interested in the characters and story (lack there of g2 wise) it's so hard to believe that this was 5 whole years ago, absolutely bizarre. Years later I can really appreciate the animation and story telling and actually get the references to g1, oh and how dark this is

All of a sudden, it turned from being an actual Bionicle fight to a fight scene that the creators of the Thing would take inspiration from. Wow that really good. It's way better than the show that aired on Netflix. You could definitely feel for the characters, and they didn't even talk.

Amazing! What a nice twist on the stereotypical "Good vs evil, good always wins" thing. The corrupt Ekimu was truly terrifying, but a great....secret villain? And Never in any Bionicle video would I be expecting to root for Makuta. Anyways, amazing job on this, the animation was some of the smoothest I've ever seen. Well worth the wait. Keep up the good work! Honestly though, who agrees this is better Bionicle storyline than LEGO's official one?

i always had the mask of creation being pretty over powered, so when i saw 2016 summer had what looked like a super charged creation mask, i knew ekimu couldn't be that strong without going power-mad or something. =T

AMAZING! The idea of Lava beasts being bomb planes is something I would'nt have thought of in a hundred years. Same goes with Makuta becoming the hero and Ekimu splitting into a monster with a Karzahni-ish kingdom. Great job!

Oh my god. This is so dark, and I kept getting freaked out every time it took a new twist. The actual Gen 2 story should have gone like this (just with less death, murder, and bloodshed). I think this was a really well thought out plot with a lot to it. Pure gold

This is some truly chaotic mayhem, and I love it. I like how all the figures sway back and forth as though they are breathing, it's a nice touch. so much movements put into every character...seems so life like and the action battle scenes are insane! the screenchange so smooth i couldn't believe it was all on one desk.. story was perfectly narrated without any dialogue, use of non-bionicle stuff wasn't even disapointing, rather sensational idea and creativity for visual effects and content thus giving an exciting experience, so much to watch and enjoy.. just Amazing man

This is some seriously good looking animation. Incredibly smooth and fluid. Also, what on earth was happening to Ekimu this entire time? It was a bit frightening.

so it was something like when he got shot by the goop (5:12) it started turning his mask into stuff that turns things into beasts like how they turned the traps into beasts, so it started transforming ekimu's insides, but it din't work right with ekimu so it just turned into some confused abomination with on overpowered mask that somehow got even stronger from the goop. so at first it din't know what anything was and was just attacking everything it thought might be a threat but when it saw its old hammer (20:57) the ekimu brain parts made it start remembering how he used to live so then it was just trying to reenact his old life and when anything din't go like he remembered he attacked it.
