Its the worst trait humans can have--- Its called The Bystander Effect. It's when people hear/see something and for whatever reason don't do anything. Mostly assume someone called, assume someone else is going to help, say it wasnt their buisness. The first case was a woman named Kitty, she was being SA in an alley I believe. The entire apartment building heard her screaming. One person came to her aid. I think it was a delivery man who was on like the 3rd or 4th floor. They interviewed the people in the complex and each one had some excuse as to why they didn't call. It happens way more than you think. I watched a video where a bus had stopped and there is a ton of people on the sidewalk. A car stops and two dudes get out and straight up snatch a girl right off that sidewalk. She is kicking, screaming and then they put her in the trunk before driving off. Not a single person on that sidewalk moved. It was strange and horrifying. Almost like they had taken 2 separate videos at the same spot then put them on top of each other. I didn't even see anyone look up from their phone
