Brother, vit C is not the only reason to avoid, when banana and milk is mixed and consumed it creates a toxic substance called Ama rasam. Which can cause Ama vata - which is a form of serious arthritic condition, this toxin can also cause many other illness especially skin diseases like eczema and psoriasis. So better to be safe and avoid this combination.
