Yep, totally relate to the difficulty with switching tasks. I procrastinate between tasks a lot because of this. I know I need to do something, but there is often a gap between the thought and the action.

I think the only real way to overcome this is prep and build it into your routine... prep as in I usually lay all my clothes and bag out in the morning to minimise the amount of things I need to process, and after awhile of forcing myself to do different things it becomes almost autonomous (the bit before that is the absolute hardest though 😂)

@@ThomasHenley Thanks, that's good advice. I try and do this where possible, planning ahead as much as I can, it does not remove the problem but makes it a bit easier to manage. I always write out what I'm having for meals the night before on a bit of paper and place it on the table where I have breakfast, it means I don't have think so much in the morning and am less likely to forget things.
