That albino was insane!!!!! So gorgeous! I hope you and Lori got the rest you guys needed down in Mexico! Mangrove snakes originally came from my country Indonesia, we call it "Ular cincin emas" it means the golden ring snake, and the white one is "Ular cincin putih" it means the white ring snake

Obviously my channel is all ball pythons and the occasional retic, but the more I see these different types of snakes and really venomous snakes - the more I may venture into that side of keeping!

"bitten" not "bit" - but, GREAT VID!! stay SAFE, Brian! i knew Dean Ripa of Cape Fear Serpentarium in Wilmington, NC - he had been bitten 12 times by venomous snakes, 7 of those were Bushmaster; yet tragically shot and killed by his wife in 2016.

Good morning Brian! Oh no! I’m glad that Mangrove Snakes’ venom is not strong enough to kill. I love Venomous Snakes! This month I will probably go look for European Adders! I love your vlogs!

I live in the UK and the Adder is our only venomous snake. For most adults, getting bitten by an Adder is no worse than a wasp sting but can be dangerous to elderly people and young children or those who could go into anaphalactic shock. There have been fatalities but this doesn't happen very often. I will also point out that here in the UK Adders are a protected species and cannot be removed from their habitats or harmed in any way. To do so incurs a fine of £5000 ($6400) and/or 6 months imprisonment.

@@obsrt453 oh come on! That barely even counts as venomous, I have a false water cobra and a hognose which are both technically venomous but if i got bit by either I wouldn't class that as a venomous snake bite, nor would anyone else who has any experience with snakes.

Mangroves are so freaking cool but the vine snake takes the cake on this one. That's the only problem with arboreal snakes, they never seem to get comfortable being handled so you can't ever let your guard down like you can with most colubrids or constrictors once they settle down. Hope you guys are having a blast in Mexico you definitely need a break after all that crazy work getting that amazing new addition to the Reptarium finished. Congratulations on all of your success, I hope you guys are even more successful in the coming years.

Finally unsubscribing from you brian, i used to watch your videos every day but the clickbait and content has just gotten so mediocre and I am not longer interested in what you're putting out, which is a shame because you are such a big face in the reptile hobby but I don't believe you're setting a good example for us. Every time you be ever handled a hot snake your technique was always horrible. Especially when you were trying to handle king cobras it was obvious that if you continued to do it you were gunna take a bite. Stay away from hot snakes Brian and stick with your pythons bcuz your techniques to not get bit by snakes is really bad. Like realllllly bad 👎

Every video is I got bitten or I had a close call. Or I lost a snake or it got out. And the way that u r holding the snake in the beginning is jot only irresponsible, but just plain mean. It can’t feel secure for them to be just held by their tails. (For a “snake expert” not a cool move. ) this is a huge reason that people don’t like or respect Bryan. U all call them haters, but there’s a lot of reason for the comments. You have click bait of I got bitten and then say it’s a rear fanged snake. Grrrrrrrr

Joy M Hopkins of course not Brian is an idiot who lets his big snakes contract RI’s and mouth rot. He’s a terrible handler always stressing his big snakes out. His audience being that they are a bunch of 8 year olds will never call him out because they don’t know any better. He’s an absolutely horrible breeder with customers reporting the snakes bought from Brian have kinks in them etc. ridiculous.
