Hey looks like you are actually doing to steps but the second one really subtly like a stutter thingy or like you are just slightly lifting your foot off the ground between your jab and your kick... Is it the way to go or should I stick with one step ?
@rutgerdondorp22217 жыл бұрын
I actually see him step twice aswell. Feels to me you can't really kick nicely without the second step even if its just a very small one.
@takashijen49087 жыл бұрын
Yes it feels like you can't get enough power from the hip by stepping just on the jab. Thanks for the answer :)
@orangeiceice126 жыл бұрын
Its not a step, hes just switching his position. Theyre staying in the same place

@BAZOOKA JOE When you do the hook without pivoting foot. Do you transfer the weight from front foot to back? How come it looks like you don’t transfer it to the back foot?

Should I remember each combo ? Or should I remember the concept ie, lead hand + rear leg Lead hand + lead hand + rear leg Lead hand + lead hand + lead hand + rear leg Kick + punch + kick etc. Etc. Sorry for mistakes. if anyone who reads it finds them, please comment.

Start doing elbows and thai clinch man. They might not be legal in kickboxing but are needed for mma
