How diabetes occurs:-
The pancreas secretes insulin which helps convert glucose into energy by passing it into blood cells. This energy is used for doing daily activities. If insulin doesn’t work properly, then glucose doesn’t able to convert into energy which may cause diabetes.
If your sugar levels are not controlled even after taking medicines, then follow these five tips for controlling your sugar levels.
1. Eat more fibre in daily meals because fibre helps in controlling sugar levels. Soluble fibres are more beneficial for diabetic patients. Soluble fibres are found in oat, isabgol, okra, etc. Both soluble and insoluble fibres are good for health. Insoluble fibre is found in veggies and fruits.
2. Drink more water than an average person because diabetic patients urinate more, so dehydration can occur that's why you drink more water to stay hydrated. When blood sugar increases, your kidney controls it by urination so that your body should be hydrated.
3. Exercise is most important for controlling sugar levels. Daily exercise keeps your sugar levels normal; if sugar levels are high by exercising, you can control sugar rapidly.
4. Consume ayurvedic herbs like fenugreek seed, apple vinegar, cinnamon, etc. Add any one herb in hot water and mix well and drink morning or evening; it keeps metabolism healthy and controls blood sugar levels.
5. Never drink caffeinated drinks, cold drinks, added sugar juices, etc. You can drink fruit juices without adding sugar to it. Do not eat fruits or fruit juices with a high glycemic index, such as grapes and naseberry; you can eat apples, papaya, pineapple, etc. Eat small portions of the meal. Make a timetable to eat every 2 hours of gap.

Do we need to boil methi or cinnamon water i am just having soaked methi water
